Program Strategy

Project Planning

Identify local regulatory requirements, obtain approvals, calculate headcount projections, prepare space planning, vendor identification, budget finalization and selection of design consultants.

Leasing Representation

Development of location radius maps, space criteria, lease parameters and lease RFPs; analysis of lease proposals, physical and utilities infrastructure; lease abstract development for management, legal and financial approvals.

Project Implementation

Utility infrastructure design, contractor and service provider selection, site and building construction, MEP equipment selection and install, documentation of all project stages and costs, change order management, delivery of all design documents, specification, and as-built drawings.


Occupancy Planning

Final project review, testing of new infrastructure, move sequence and priorities, moving vendor selection, insurance policy review, certificate of occupancy, moving events, and site security of old and new sites and all materials and equipment in transit.

Closure and Follow-Up

Training of user groups; new facility hand over; delivery of documentation, procedures and warranties; follow-up on operation issues; financial wrap-up; review process issues; de-commission old facility and plant; project debrief; 6-month and 12-month follow-ups.
